We are delighted to announce that this conference will be jointly chaired by Professor Brian Neville and Jonny Maxwell, who is Chairman of MMT and one of the Trust's founders. This conference will bring together some of the most eminent doctors and other professionals in the field of paediatric epilepsy who will speak about recent developments in treatment, including the UK's unique DNA service, the latest information on the benefits of the Ketogenic diet and discussion about the special educational needs of children with epilepsy, amidst many other topical subjects.

The meeting aims to provide an update on some important issues of diagnosis and treatment for children and adolescent with epilepsy. The four sessions of the day will deal with differential diagnosis, educational implications, management of epilepsy in given groups as well as a parental perspective on caring for a child with epilepsy.
