Thank You Media!

The Muir Maxwell Trust has had an astounding level of support from the media following the presentation of the Clarin's Most Dynamisante Woman of the Year award to the Trust's founder, Ann Maxwell, at No 11 Downing Street.  The media have truly risen to the occasion with a number of features, complimentary adverts, some wonderful prizes for our fundraising events and even some cash donations. The glossy magazines promoting the Muir Maxwell Trust's inaugural September Dinner Party so far include Condé Nast Traveller, Coast, Hello, Cosmopolitan, Easy Living, ES Magazine, Hedge Magazine and Executive Golf.  Watch out for features in the October issue of Red Magazine and Easy Living, out next month and thank you to the Daily Record, The Edinburgh Evening News and Scotland on Sunday's Spectrum for local coverage of the Trust's work.  Additionally, we have had support from Country Living, Good Housekeeping, Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. This level of support is quite outstanding and has contributed to a noticeable increase in the Trust's daily activities; requests for epilepsy alarms have increased dramatically and have remained consistently high even over the summer; the September Dinner Party has taken off with daily requests being received for Dinner Party packs; and donations continue to come in.

"A big Thank You Media" from the Trust's founder, Ann Maxwell.  "This level of support will help us make a real and lasting difference to the lives of children with severe epilepsy - and at the risk of appearing greedy, may I say "please keep it coming?!"
