Art - for Goodness Sake!

MMT's 10th Anniversary Celebration will take place at Middle Temple in London next March and tables are nearly sold out. Only a few remain at £300 each.

Uniquely supported by the private equity sector, MMT is in pursuit of art for auction at this very special event. Past events have seen the Trust's supporters bid furiously for exquisite works of art raising as much as £45,000 for a painting by artist Anne Magill in 2003 and £20,000 in 2011. Past donations have included work by Fletcher Sibthorp and HRH The Prince of Wales.

In this theme MMT is hopeful of donations of works of art by much sought after Scottish and other UK artists of note. Donations have already been pledged by Jennifer McRae and Gordon Mitchell. All donated art for auction will be exhibited in the Heartbreak Gallery, In Marylebone London (owned by Jack Vettriano) during the week preceding the event at Middle Temple on Thursday 21st March. A private View will also be held and a unique bidding system will enable bidding by text and on line during the course of the exhibition, climaxing at Middle Temple on the Anniversary night.

Highlights from Madame Butterfly will be performed at this black tie dinner by Opera Bohemia and the evening will be hosted by Linda Bellingham and auctioneer, Grant Ford.
