Good Luck!

Good luck to MMT ambassador and Miss Scotland finalist Mhairi Fergusson. The finals take place on 27th July and our hopes and dreams are with Mhairi. A long time supporter of the Muir Maxwell Trust, Mhairi's family actually supported MMT before Mhairi developed epilepsy at the age of 13 - a bitter twist of fate.

Mhairi has always been honest about her epilepsy, including her preference not to talk about it for many years feeling lonely and isolated in her battle, despite the immense support of her family. Now that her epilepsy is under control she is comfortable talking about it and keen to recognise and support those less well off than herself who's epilepsy continues to plague them.

Mhairi is a fabulous ambassador for the Trust as she actively raises awareness and fundraises for the cause on a regular basis. We are proud to have her as a supporter and wish her the very best of luck in the Miss Scotland final.
